• Perform key functions in business development for large scale accounts in the Light Industrial and Skilled Trades Industry.• Responsible for management and recruiting for 150-200 contractors at any given time.• Build relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and further business development.• Develop knowledge of assigned business groups structure, strategies, and critical skill requirements.• Consult with clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions throughout hiring process.• Identify target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess client’s staffing requirements.• Monitor and respond to internal and external factors impacting hiring decisions.• Communicate with all stakeholders’ to develop continuous improvement process to their human capital needs.• Worked with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop new sourcing strategies.• Worked alongside human resources & hiring managers in guiding contractors through pre-employment paperwork, benefits, and answering important questions.• Ensures that both candidate and hiring manager expectations are managed throughout whole process and obtain appropriate approvals for offers.• Managed contract employees and maintained contractor work force according to the client specific progressive program by monitoring attendance and lateness, providing warnings, etc.• Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.• Ended assignments for contractors who did not meet performance expectations, and conducted exit interviews to help uncover any issues.• Weekly updates to clients with key metrics and updated staffing and workforce information.• Create an internal recruiting plan for the fulfillment of open requisitions with recruiters and rest of team.• Work in conjunction with home, local, regional, and national Aerotek offices to fulfill all open requirements.
