At this innovative organic waste management company based in Montreal, I managed finances and lead development for the company. Over 7+ years, I grew the institutional and commercial business and streamlined operations and financial management, including overseeing digitization and cloud control of the company. I led or assisted with the development of several new products and services, including soil analysis and consultation, education, and compostable dishware, and secured financing and grants for R&D and operations. I recruited the majority of staff and established and optimized numerous policies and programs and maintained key client and government relations. Under my leadership, the company came 2nd in the City of Montreal sustainable development partner awards in 2015 and was recognized as best-in-category for environmental service providers by the Réseau des Femmes en Environnement.

I created this community environmental organization in 2007 to offer environmental education and skill building to residents in the Duluth Avenue neighbourhood. Major projects included the transformation of a parking lot into a garden, the establishment of a farmer's market (Marche Plateau), creation of a three-story mural celebrating culture, nature and immigration, and a 12 week gardening course focused on edibles.

Following up from activities at the 2005 UN Climate Change Conference in Montreal, I created and coordinated the first official Canadian Youth Delegation to the UN Climate Change Conference, which brought 22 young Canadians to Nairobi, Kenya to participate in the international Conference of Youth on Climate Change, and COP 12, and then carried out follow up work post-trip in Ottawa and Toronto.
