CurrentHey there! I'm the lead for global sales onboarding, sales training and coaching technologies, as well as the methodology for 'how' we're going to make that work in Cisco Sales. Other Pillars under me are in-flow enablement and our performance measurement methodology (data, analytics and ROI). I've implemented new design strategies, enablement methods and upleveled talent, all in a quest to help salespeople perform better in their work. I've also developed data and analytics insights, sales skill and manager diagnostics, performance diagnostics and workflow research to know what problem we're truly solving for; creating an as is state to be (quantifying the delta in $). I like to work with multiple partners/vendors through Enterprise Agreements to help transform traditional training teams into ones that can scale, reduce costs, and deliver better results, and do it fast for senior executives. Enabler's are only as good as their skills. I've brought in new talent development certifications to improve our team's skills in building and delivering enablement quickly and effectively, for over 200 operations staff.
