Having just embarked on a new journey with The Access Group as a Consultant in the People Division, my fresh insights from earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with Creative Writing from Loughborough University are now meeting the practical demands of the business world. Whilst my consultancy role is at the forefront of my mind, I am extremely passionate about engaging in existing and new hobbies. 🏈🏊🏻‍♂️My creative writing typically centres on realist fiction, and with my creative writing degree, I will aim to explore the challenges faced by many companies with outdated, and time consuming HR solutions through my literature.Outside of the literary realm, I am a keen cook 🥩🍔 and have been known to cook a Gordon Ramsay level beef wellington…. Who knows, play your cards right and you could be in for a shout out trying it…. 😉 For the veggies and vegans out there, my vegetable skills certainly need some practice, so feel free to inspire me. 😃Previously, I honed my skills in managing questionnaires and tender processes, which are proving invaluable in navigating client relationships and sales strategies.
