My passion has always been to unravel and address the problems in the creator economy and social media space. My mission is to create more authentic experiences for the world and to allow others to truly express themselves. I am a proud Boilermaker from Purdue University and a recent master's graduate from Arizona State University. My strengths are in my unconventional approach to problem-solving, as I love coming up with different ways to look at problem spaces. I've always excelled in dynamic, high-stakes environments, and enjoy bringing passion and energy to the teams that I lead. Outside of work, I'm a true adventurer at heart. Whether it is scuba diving, skiing down the slopes, or capturing moments through my camera, I love exploring.I'm always open to connect and engage in meaningful conversations. FounderAdpt Aug 2023 - Aug 2024Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesDuring my Master’s program at ASU, I relaunched AdpT as an influencer marketplace, designed to help brands find and connect with influencers who truly aligned with their products. We gained some early traction and revenue but faced challenges due to an unsustainable business model. With a 5-10% take rate, we struggled with inconsistent transactions and revenue fluctuations, particularly as brands booked influencers seasonally or for specific campaigns. After reassessing, I decided to pivot to a SaaS model as we then later rebranded as CPG Synergy. -
Creator Economy Skills SabbaticalAdpt May 2021 - Aug 2022Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesAfter graduating two years early, I was exhausted and burnt out. I decided to take some time off as a gap year, I worked part time on the side and continued to develop my skills. During this time, I continued to focus on the creator economy, volunteering with up-and-coming content creators and honing my photography and videography skills, while I studied for the LSAT -
College Dorm Room FounderAdpt Jul 2019 - Apr 2021West Lafayette, Indiana, United StatesAfter being initially rejected from Purdue, I persisted by calling weekly until I was accepted. This determination carried into my next venture: a print-on-demand clothing business targeting college students through digital marketing and social media. During this time, I sharpened my skills in copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and everything social media-related. The business was profitable for several months until growth stalled due to high customer acquisition costs on Instagram ads. This sparked an insight that changed everything. I realized consumers had adapted to the platform's advertising (sparking the idea behind the name AdpT) and signaled that a new approach to selling on social media was needed. With this new insight, I wanted to shoot for something big, so I pivoted to a larger, untapped market: influencer marketing. Anticipating the upcoming NIL changes, I began working with student-athletes, local musicians, and others looking to build their social media presence. While, I quickly learned the hard way that market demand for nano and micro-influencers was still minimal. In hindsight, I was simply too early to the NIL shift and the emerging micro-influencer demand. Through this experience, I learned the value of building businesses around recurring customers, the importance of targeting early adopters in emerging markets, and most importantly, the power of perseverance, what we Boilermakers like to call Purdue Grit. -
Fidget Spinner Tycoon Turned Crypto MinerAdpt Sep 2018 - Jun 2019Prescott, Arizona, United StatesAfter the loss of AdpT Packs, I did what any 18-year-old would—followed the hype. Drawn to tech, I started a side hustle selling everything from electronics to 3D-printed fidget spinners on Facebook Marketplace. After a near-death experience during a pickup, I shifted focus and built a crypto miner, investing the profits into AMD and NVIDIA stocks at around $10 per share. Those gains supported me throughout college for years, marking my first success. Along the way, I learned to trust myself and my analysis, the power of long-term investing, and the importance of financial literacy. -
Backpack VisionaryAdpt Nov 2017 - Aug 2018Prescott, Arizona, United StatesMy first step into entrepreneurship started with a pair of scissors and an old Jansport backpack that got a serious makeover. I envisioned AdpT Packs as the world’s first fully modular backpack, customizable and ready to adapt to any situation in seconds—from hiking the Himalayas to biking into work. While the project didn’t take off, the experience taught me invaluable lessons in prototyping, product development, and problem-solving. AdpT Packs sparked my passion for entrepreneurship, and one day, I look forward to bringing it back to life. -
