The World's Fair Company is organizing the next great American World's Fair to celebrate human achievement, innovation, and progress. In pursuit of this goal, we produce media, host events, and design experiences about the future.

As part of the mission to build the next great World's Fair, I spent a year going deep on attraction design and immersive entertainment. Partnered with Meow Wolf alumni Chris Clavio to learn, incubate, and then spin out One World Immersive. Learn more below.

Our guests are entrepreneurs, thought leaders, researchers, and anyone else actively working to build the world we want to live in.

CW Ventures is a holding company for my projects in event organization, growth & customer success consulting, business strategy, and resource procurement. During this time, I also started a blog, traveled internationally, helped a bunch of founders with growth/ops, learned to code, read voraciously, climbed the haiku stairs, and searched for Atlantis.

- Owned and automated customer onboarding funnel.- Built and automated customer qualification tooling.- Solely managed all customer feedback, feature requests, and questions.- Implemented projects to increase customer engagement, reduce churn, and create delight.- Implemented projects to increase customer referrals; automated backend referrals process.

Founded and led the first annual TEDxCalPoly. - Led and recruited an executive team of 10.- Raised $35,000 from community organizations.- Attended TED Summit to obtain organizing license.- Sold out the Performing Arts Center (largest venue in San Luis Obispo with 1300 attendees).- Curated the speaker lineup and helped coach our 10 speakers.- Managed the logistics of the event that happened on October 21, 2016.- Wrote the playbook to keep the organization alive.

- Planned industry tours- Interacted with other student organizations for collaboration.- Executed on creative projects.

- Executed on marketing strategies (guerrilla and traditional) to successfully promote meetings and events.- Revived Startup Weekend at Cal Poly and organized Startup Weekend SLO 2014, 2015, & 2016.- Worked with the faculty-run Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to plan the first annual Startup Career Fair at Cal Poly. Our team brought in 33 companies and over 600 students for the one-day event.-Worked with a team of 4 to plan a student project showcase that featured over 30 student projects and over 500 attendees.
