This redesign ended with myself being part of a patent for a new feature that allowed the service providers to have a multiplicity of customization features regarding their rates and services through a tool that allows service providers to draw a custom number of geographic polygons and to have total control over a multiplicity of variables to change the rates they would charge based on how creative or dynamic they would like their pricing options to be.● Responsible for aggregating internal reports and analysis processes in order to improve business operations and strategic decisions for the MovingHelp.com team.

● Implemented and managed a craigslist recruiting strategy using creative methods of analysis and execution in markets where services had been being requested but not able to be capitalized on due to lack of service provider coverage.● Analyzed historical trends and success of email campaigns using Constant Contact’s email marketing tools. Through this analysis we were able to see which variables (such as design layouts, day of week, and time of day emails were sent) had meaningful impacts on open and click rates as well as being able to minimize spam rates to optimal levels.● Worked on a business plan for an application which would allow service providers and customers the ability to more easily and efficiently communicate with each other details of the requested services which would in turn allow for a decrease in cancellation rates due to same day service requests.
