Claims Intake Specialist
Current- Collaborate with internal and external customers professionally, effectively, and empathetically in order to make timely liability decisions
- Organize case-by-case discovery within a 90-day time frame for delayed claims pending compensability determination
- Strategize towards claims resolution by managing a caseload and attending to competing priorities
- Strengthen department connectedness by using technical skills and creative thinking as the design/formatting lead for the department's monthly newsletter and as an active member of the department's engagement committee
