Starting in January 2001 over the next 7 years this business expanded from 1 to 3 restaurants. Over the same period I moved from Restaurant Manager of Horsham to the Restaurant Supervisor of all 3.

In November 1996 my boss, the then licensee of the McDonald's Restaurant in Horsham asked me to move to Melbourne as he had purchsed the Ormond Restaurant. During my 4 years there I worked my way up and spent a majority of this time as the 1st Assistant Manager.
