Plenty of initiatives and achievements, but particularly proud to be recognised as Agency of the Year in the 2023 Corporate and Financial Awards.Previously, I was Emperor’s Head of Digital, where I took a beaten up team and helped them become great by focusing on the work, the culture, and the people. We more than doubled our revenue to record levels, won a bunch of awards, and leveled up the digital offer, delivery, technology, team and output. In 2023, I was recognised by the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) as one of the 100 most influential digital leaders in the UK.Prior to Emperor, I spent eight years at Radley Yeldar where I led strategy for all things digital and B2B campaigns after getting my start stuffing envelopes in the mailroom. As a consultant, I’ve spent the last 15 years advising and partnering with some of the world’s most influential organisations, helping to solve their most critical business, reputation and communications challenges. I spent my 20s in Australia playing drums in fast and loud punk bands to empty rooms and bored bartenders. I'm a lifelong Richmond Tigers supporter, have an immensely talented Creative Director wife called Sam, and a far less talented dog called Dusty.I’m energised by people that are curious, enthusiastic, ambitious, and those who are restless to create impactful work and solve chunky problems.
