A Parent Roundtable is mastermind group of parents led by an expert advisor in parenting and family dynamics. These groups, consisting of parents with children of similar age ranges who gather once a month to receive expert coaching, learn from one another and build a community with other dedicated parents.

A Danish education company specializing in brain-based theory and methodologies, specializing in SEL curriculum.Throughout my work with True North, I have trained more than 1,500 teachers and administrators in classroom management, strategies for classroom facilitation, and brain-based, academic curriculum design. In addition, I have trained True North facilitators as well as their executive team.I also contributed to their curriculum writing team by writing and revising key elements of the 40-hour course for teachers.

Taught two graduate level education courses:MTE520, Maintaining An Effective Learning Climate, graduate-level course.MTE541, Language Development for Secondary Settings, graduate-level course. Additionally, I presented and trained best practices to Education department.

While teaching at Canyon Crest Academy, I was awarded the Crystal Apple award for excellence in teaching and recognized as an outstanding classroom teacher by principal.I modeled rigorous curriculum design, standards based instruction, classroom management and engagement for the principal to bring other teachers to observe.I was also the ASB Director.
