Cami Eiskamp has spent over two decades training parents, leaders, and educators in professional and personal development, best educational practices, design thinking, communication skills, and culture building. She is a dynamic professional who has lead trainings in almost every US States and internationally in over 20 countries motivating and inspiring all audiences with evidence-based tools and strategies. Cami founded and runs Parent Roundtables where she designs customized programs, writes curriculum and coaches mastermind groups of parents, couples and their children. Cami believes that some the most meaningful work of our lives happens in our home with our family. She pours her expertise, and love into her clients and provides such important value that families stay with her for years and years. Cami's passion for family and individual well-being fueled her mission to empower parents to have more harmony, clarity and improve their family dynamics and family systems. Cami’s love of education began as a secondary educator in foreign language, English, ESL and leadership in the California public school system in 1997. She has enjoyed a variety of roles from elementary-level instruction in private schools to teaching Masters Education courses at the University level. A memorable and beloved keynote speaker at national and state conferences, Cami is a true force in delivering high yielding results and consistently sells out her schedule year-after-year. During her career as a Quantum Learner lead facilitator, trainer and coach since 1999, Cami dedicated her career to some of Quantum Learning's highest level work. A valued member of the Quantum Learning curriculum development team, she designed customized programs for school leaders, teachers, parents, and students. Her role at True North based in Copenhagen, Denmark further developed her capacity to meet people where they are and thoughtfully guide them to the next level.
