These rich experiences have helped me become a strong people leader, change agent, and customer champion. My leadership style is centered on clarity - a strong understanding of purpose, connection to enterprise goals, clear accountability, and the right tactics that achieve results. I reside in Memphis, TN with my husband and our two children and am involved in our community, through serving on the Board of Trustees for Memphis Public Libraries to coaching my children's sports teams.
