As the Branch Manager at our local library, I oversee the curating of our book collection, which includes researching recently published books and trends, and ordering those items to enhance our collection. I am also responsible for tracking spending for our library promoter funds. I engage with the public and organize all of our programming and events at the library. I also manage our library's social media page.

In my role as Sales Coordinator, I was responsible for running reports, entering and maintaining customer orders, and communicating with internal and external customers alike.

In this role, I had many administrative tasks. I was responsible for all office supply ordering, I booked travel, completed expense reports, prepared presentations, managed executives calendar, maintained spreadsheets, submitted maintenance requests, ran reports, and led our Office 5S initiative.

I worked as a sub-contractor for a start-up company for a two year contract, working from my home. As their Office Manager, I was responsible for all office-related tasks. This included payroll, accounts payable and receivable, customer service, appointment scheduling, office supply orders, and more.

As a receptionist for Area Energy & Electric, I was responsible for greeting customers, handling accounts receivable and assisting with accounts payable. I also typed quotes, calculated job costs, and maintained spreadsheets.
