Supervision of an amazing team of healthcare professionals who work with the mentally ill and developmentally delayed population who reside in the community living facilities in Jackson and Hillsdale Counties. This team consists of Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Behavioral Psychologists and Occupational Therapists who are all extremely devoted to providing the very best care treatment to the consumers that they serve. I am honored to lead this team!

Daily supervision and operations of a 32 bed secure Alzheimer's Care Facility specializing in providing care to individuals in late stages of dementia with significant behavioral and other healthcare issues. All human resource functions, staffing, scheduling and financial responsibilities for the facility were also included in job responsibility as well as 24 hour round the clock on call status to handle any and all emergent situations. All resident health care concerns, admissions, family questions/concerns, medication training and oversight, staff training, monthly staff meeting facilitation and payroll responsibilities as well as maintaining all state and local licensing regulations were also among my job responsibilities. (Zero citation state surveys under my management 3 out of 4 years).
