My main role at this company involves organizing customer data across several platforms such as Zoho and Quickbooks to maintain the most up to date information. I also collaborate with other members in the office and crews in order to create a more harmonious working environment. Another aspect of my job also involves contacting customers for follow ups and maintaining customer relations.

I performed many duties in this position including, customer service, sales, returns, shipping and receiving, inventory, mobile set ups, and managed other employees. I also was required to have extensive knowledge on our products and business.

I helped create an engaging and positive experience with customers including problem solving, maintaining the team environment, and assisted with training new employees.
