About Cami Smith
I am a passionate Pranayama Yoga Breathwork Facilitator and trauma healer. I took the Pranayama Yoga Breathwork training from The Breath Center in 2018-2019 studying the ancient yogic traditions of India. As I engaged in this practice, I saw ancestors, moved through many deaths and lifetimes, spirit animals, colors, and lights and was propelled into a healing journey that I'd never experienced before. This journey opened my heart to sharing it with others and that is what my events and private sessions offer. A peak into your ancestral beginnings and opportunity to transform those old programs by engaging in a gentle breathwork practice that incorporates live and recorded shamanic music, essential oils that break the blood-brain barrier within 30 seconds, energy healing, and the use of shamanic tools to clear energies and auras. This ancient practice dates back 5000-7000 years. I'm also trained in PsychoNeuroEnergetics (PNE) after taking the coursework in 2021-2022. I gained skills in somatic experiencing and trauma healing moving me through another layer of self healing. This expanded and opened up new layers from my past traumas and childhood wounds that I experienced in the body, mind, and energetically. This increased my healing and added to my skills as a Soul Expander for others. All of these added trainings have enhanced my skills as a long-time Music Therapist. I'm a more expanded and deeper healer that dives deep into peoples souls to alter programs, behaviors, and mindsets that no longer serve them.I collaborate with other professionals in similar fields to create Mindful Movement & Breathwork events, Breathwork & Sound Healing events, and so much more. I've been a music therapist for 22+ years and focused on children on the autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental differences so my focus was on children, however, now it's on adults and children and the family unit to close the gap and connect the intuition, wisdom, and strengths of the ancestral lineage.
