As a 5th generation Agricultural worker, I have strong ties to the Agricultural industry. I grew up working on my father's orchard with fruit trees including apples, pears, peaches, and nectarines. I began understanding sales, marketing, and business negotiations by the time I was able to count money at my father's fruit stand.I began college at Central Washington University to pursue a degree in Business. During my time away at college, I watched as my father's orchard was experiencing increasing demand for food safety knowledge and training. I took charge and explored CWU resources to see how I could be more helpful to the family business when I returned home; this is how I decided to specialize in Human Resource Management. This decision was life-changing and I couldn't have been more excited.I currently work at Legacy Fruit, LLC as a Field Manager assisting Growers with cherry, pear, and apple orchards. I am grateful to be a part of such a cohesive team doing a job I love.In 2022, I decided to apply for Grad school to pursue further education. While working full-time during the day, I spent my nights studying and becoming more and more passionate about the field of Finace. I graduated in 2024 from Eastern Washington University's online MBA program with a specialization in Finance. Continued education and personal growth are two of the main driving forces behind my goals and values. The three most precious personal values, that I hold close to my heart, include integrity, accountability, and honesty.
