• Locate and estimate a value for all real property subject to property taxation in Wright County• Walk through indoors and outdoors of a property to determine its condition – noting any amenities• Estimate the value of all property based on: Market Value, Replacement Cost and Income potential • Establish classification level for each property: Residential, Commercial and Industrial, Farm, Exempt, Public utility and Person Property• Enter data into computer system that analyzes information that estimates values of properties• List the value of all property on the assessment roll and apply all legal exemptions• Maintain up-to-date set of maps that displays all parcels in the county through the use of Geographic Information System (GIS); Print and file these maps for reference and public viewing • Transfer property deeds to ensure that buying and selling of property is kept with the standards set by law• Assist the public with questions they have regarding property ownership, assessment and property sales

• Check in passengers at the airport and assist them in the ticketing and reservation procedure while giving careful consideration to those with special needs • Assist travelers with queries about the arrival and departure time of flights • Account for passenger(s) on flight by communicating with security and checking computer tracking• Calculated fuel need for number of passengers and luggage; information was relayed to fueling crew• Ensure the proper line up of aircrafts in and out of ramp areas by marshaling and towing aircraft• Compensate and make arrangements for passengers when flights are delayed or cancelled• Obtain demographic and contact information from travelers to assist them with lost luggage claim(s)• Contact passengers according to flight seat regarding items that were left in plane

• Complete paperwork for charter flights including scheduling security for boarding and departure• Prepare schedules and assignments for other Line Service Techs• Tow aircraft in and around flight line areas and hangars • Upon customer request, move aircraft from storage hangars to the flight line and prepare them for flight• Calculated fuel need for number of passengers and luggage • Perform aircraft refueling operations for private and commercial jets • Document fuel cost and collect payments from customer• Serve as baggage handler; provide courtesy transportation and other reasonable requests of customers
