• Prepared and implemented dynamic and diverse lesson plans aligned to Baltimore City Public School curriculum and state foreign language standards for Spanish I and Spanish II.
• Served on a team of three language teachers, facilitated weekly meetings, created and revised school unit plans, performed data analysis to target areas of improvement, shared best practices and collaborated for local.
• Lead, mentored and advocated for a cohort of 16 eleventh grade students monthly on their academic performance,attendance, short and long-term goals.
• Co-taught and facilitated introductory summer experience program for incoming freshmen.
