The broader impacts of housing transforms lives of families by developing programs for better access to education, health, and skills training.• Stewardship: generate multi-year global corporate and volunteering partnerships, Increased revenue to an existing scaled regional portfolio of $35M+ and primary contributor of $4.5M engagements (annually); expand brand reach, visibility, and social impact; end to end strategy with use of evidence-based studies; Focus on Advocacy and PPP enablement• Actively supports in program design review and capacity building; Strong collaboration with safeguarding and safety & security, operations and MEAL, finance, and communications for deepened impact in processes and policies to support key stakeholders• Develops sustainable funding and capacity building (w/ Annual visits) for/with Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand; and APAC national office sustainability: India, Philippines, Indonesia; Mekong Hub - Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia; Bangladesh, Nepal, Fiji, and others • Forge regional strategies in collaboration primarily with North America (US & Canada), EME (Europe & Middle East), Africa, LAC (Latin America and Caribbean)• Leads within complex organizational structures and various stakeholders, adept with trends analysis and market changes, account portfolio management assisted by tech-driven systems • Enabled initiatives: Project Homeworks (PHW), Disaster Risk, Resilience, & Response (DR3), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WaSH), Economic/Livelihood Enablement, Climate Action and Circular Economy, Women empowerment (DEI), Youth Initiative, Inclusion through Micro-Finance, and other Emerging strategic initiatives (such as the global pandemic response and Theory of Change)
