I joined the team to lead a brand-new project, the Kilroy Tenant Experience App:• I Work closely with Asset/Property Management, IT, Legal, and Marketing teams to understand their requirements and expectations for the Kilroy App. Conduct meetings, gather feedback, and document the identified needs.• Facilitate the onboarding process for the various teams involved in the project. Coordinate training sessions to familiarize team members with the features, functionalities, and usage of the app. Address any questions or concerns and ensure everyone is prepared for the implementation and launch of the App.• Serve as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project. Establish effective communication channels to keep everyone informed about the progress, challenges, and milestones. Address obstacles and roadblocks promptly, working collaboratively with the teams to find suitable solutions.• Coordinate with the third-party developer, VTS, to ensure a successful implementation of the Kilroy Tenant Experience App. Provide them with clear requirements and specifications, conduct regular meetings for progress updates, and provide feedback on prototypes or beta versions of the app. Ensure that the app aligns with the project's objectives and meets the needs of the various teams.• Once the app is implemented, continue to be involved in its ongoing maintenance and management. Monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and collaborate with the development team to address any issues or enhancements. Work with IT and support teams to ensure a smooth user experience and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.As a member of the Asset Management Operations team, I assist the Vice President of Asset Management Operations and Analytics with the Asset's technology initiatives, VTS operating and administrative procedures, as well as preparing Executive Management leasing reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: • Standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes. • Software selection and implementation to improve efficiency and help us maintain a competitive edge. • Management of overseas remote employees. • Create workflows to help train all of the new overseas employees that we onboard. • Distribute daily tasks for the team and make sure deadlines are fulfilled. • Provide rapid and effective solutions for daily project challenges and tasks. • Identification of challenges, patterns, pain points, and root causes in orderto provide ideas and solutions.• Select vendors, manage relationships and oversee system implementation.

MARKETING: • Brought in to assist with the company rebrand transition by updating all online sites, re-designing the company website and marketing materials. • Managed and structured the social media platforms resulting in brand awareness and generating new leads for the available listings.

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER:• 3D Modeling in “Creo Parametric 3.0”, blueprints (Product and Mold),Mechanized (CNC code).• Product design and re-design for efficiency.• Organize and review printing on packaging templates.• Database management.• Workspace safety standards compliance inspections.• Performance metric presentation creation.• Video direction of the 35th anniversary of the company.

ACADEMIC TUTOR:• Academic Tutoring in fundamentals of “Creo Parametric”, a 3D Modelingsoftware used to design and bring product concepts to life.• Participation in research and development of workstations designed for Wacoms using Design Thinking Methodology. • Exposition in the career day fair "Experiencia EAFIT" for high school students about the Product Design Engineering program.
