As a Teacher~Leader at New York Charter Schools, I am passionate about creating and implementing engaging and rigorous curriculum that meets the diverse needs and interests of students in the city. I have over two years of experience as a teacher and leader in the charter school sector, where I have contributed to the academic growth and success of hundreds of students from various backgrounds and abilities. I have also collaborated with other educators and stakeholders to develop and refine best practices, assessments, and interventions that align with the charter school mission and vision. Some of the skills that I bring to my role are curriculum design and development, educational assessment, data analysis, differentiation, and instructional coaching. I am always eager to learn new strategies and technologies that can enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning. My goal is to empower students to achieve their full potential and prepare them for college and career readiness.
