For three months I worked as an intern in the Welsh National Assembly. I worked on policy changes, answered emails and prepared written and spoken questions for the ministers. I also carried out research for my final year project at university.

Following the success of our first apprentice Jess, PES decided that a second apprentice would be a brilliant idea, and that's where I come in, I’m the new apprentice at PES and I’m in the client support team! I’m usually dealing with queries and issuing and redeeming vouchers, I'm also the main phone answer-er. I'm also a strong believer that apprenticeships are the way forward!
