Heya! I am obsessed with Troubleshooting and technology since I got my first computer at 5 years old. Watching my father and older brother tinkle at it and trying an array of games on Windows 95, 98, Vista and my personal favourite: Windows XP has led me to always research and learn more about what's going on in the Tech world! As I grew older and moved to a different continent alone at 18 years old, I had a year to figure out what career path I was going to choose and, the option couldn't be clearer. I completed a bachelors in Computer Science by the age of 22 and got my first job in the tech industry as a Technical Support Enginner and, the rest is history. I found out soon enough that, "the more you know, the less you know" which has pushed me to continue evolving as a professional and try out different branches in the Tech world. In the meantime these opportunities has lead me to fulfill my dreams in my personal life such as immersing myself even more into gaming and becoming part of the motorcyclist community.In 2023 after 3 years learning everything about Sales as a Modern Work Technical Specialist and being customer obsessed, I started asking myself if that was the career path I was going to pursue. Little 5 year old me brought memories of me troubleshooting and tinkling at computers with my father and brother and, that made my brain and heart light up. Now, in 2024 I am grateful for having found my way back into Tech support as I start a new role as a Senior IT Support Technician. All the journey up to here, has taught me life long lessons and skills that I daily strive to evolve.
