Packaging & Specialty Plastics- Responsible for products replenishment to LAA (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico) warehouses, balancing supply and demand over the operational horizon;- Identify supply delays and manage impacts, communicating sales and customer services teams when necessary;- Address and manage slow moving inventories in order to improve inventory health;- Support digital acceleration initiatives;- Manage impacts and prioritize actions in case of unplanned events in collaboration with stakeholders.- OMP (Detailed Planner and Operational view) and SAP end user;

- Raw material planning for local and imported suppliers (MRP – Oracle JDE), mainly for fragrance category (Avon's highest gross revenue category);- Management of potential supply risks in a short, medium and long term;- Track and support supply strategies for new launches and products phase is/phase out;- Supplier efficiency control through OTIF;- Contribution for Supply Planning KPIs continue improvement;

- Key User for the OMP Production Planning extension;- Planning focal point during a new plant transfer from to Brazil;- Responsible for the volume, scheduling and raw material planning for this new plant;- Responsible for materials planning (MRP - SAP) and for placing purchase orders for J&J affiliates, national and international suppliers;- Slow Movers governance implementation - control and reduce P&L Impact for Raw Materials, Semi Finished Goods and Finished Goods;- Frequent FUP on open orders, negotiate materials lead times and define better MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities);- Inventory management (achieve inventory level committed and Entitlement calculation);- Contribute to continuous improvement of Supply Chain KPIs (OTIF, FILL RATE, Inventory, SKU complexity);- SKUs phase in/phase out management and new products introduction;
