I realized that I could make a difference in someone’s life. In addition, I could give it back to the community that has given me so much. I enjoy helping different kinds of people and being part of something bigger than myself.The most important thing is that I have fun regardless of the project I’m participating in.

That was a life-changing experience because I could work and mastered the abilities of to verbally communicate with people from all around the world, to make decisions and to solve problems; to plan, to organize, and prioritize work; to obtain and process information; to work in a multi-lingual and multi-ethnic environment and being able to deal with stressful situations.Completed the AuPairCare Cultural Exchange program in the United States of America. The program included full-time childcare, extensive use and comprehension of American English and Culture, completion of Academic coursework at an accredited post-secondary institution and attending a majority of Au Pair Care activities.With these experiences I got very good at my Negotiation skills I was exposed to a lot of situations where I need to make myself clear when situations where I need to make myself clear when I was learning a second language; Budgeting and Planning skills I needed to plan and saved for my years of exchange program, in addition I continued to monitor my budget to eliminate any risk; Adaptability skill when I traveled things could go wrong, plans changed all the time and as a traveled you are forced to adapt to your new plan and you needed to handle it very fast; Communication skill I’m comfortable working with and in different cultures I learned and experienced how important is to overcome language and cultural barriers.

-Managed the flow of goods and services inside and outside the company. Also responsible for warehousing of raw, finished and work in process products.- In charge of: Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and management reports; Supervision of warehouse staff; Overseeing incoming and outgoing releases.- Formed the team that implanted the Toyota System Production in the company. Worked with Kanban cards at the plant and mapped a productive flow of the processes.- Oversaw Customer service (feedback to customers regarding the progress of logistics operations, such as delivery date of its products or when something happened during the process).

-Development of new suppliers and Negotiations with suppliers on delivery, price, terms of delivery -Prepared purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and the company's operational requirements.-Responsible for: Managed the contract of the suppliers; Came up with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects; Analyzed performance reviews of suppliers;Monitored market trends;Tracked competitor strategies;Delivered briefs;Elaborated updates and reports as and when required.

- Learnt all the bases of logistics and participated on the implementation of Toyota System Production.
