I was part of a talented team who is shaping the future of our B2B department with a new fulfilment product, which aims to boost significantly our revenue and become Europe's leading fulfilment solution. My role was to conduct complex research projects and up-skill our team's knowledge of design and user research.

My role was to create better and shared understanding of who our users are, what they need and how Sumup can improve their lives.

My main responsibility was to collaborate and lead user research projects with high strategic impact for Itaú's digital channels. With my knowledge and constant crave for learning, I helped my team of over 100 designers through training and user focused research solutions to establish high quality value to our customers and business.

During this period I had the opportunity of conducting dozens of mixed methods projects for different industries. From field work coordination, in-depth interviews (experts and consumers), group discussion (focus and co-creation), home visits/invasion (ethnography), desk research, to consumer behavior analysis. My main goal was to understand the business goal and deliver results that were actionable and valuable for both the client/business and end user.

At GAD I worked with qualitative methods to study consumers in their environments in order to better understand lifestyles, unmet needs and desires involving products and services. The process entailed framing, planning and executing the necessary research, in light of a user centered design mindset.
