10+ years overall professional experience. ~3.5 years in management consulting at Bain & Co. working on a variety of industries (financial services, mining, energy & power, consumer products, retail) and capabilities (performance improvement, organizational strategy (decision rights, org structure, zero based people), commercial due diligence, corporate strategy (mission / vision, where to play, how to win, enablers - people, tools, tech), post-merger integration, digital transformation). After Bain, I joined PayJoy, a San Francisco based fintech offering consumer credit to the base of the pyramid. Then I led Mercado Libre's payments arm in Mexico (NASDAQ: MELI) with P&L ownership, taking on the challenge of making the business profitable and growing over 50% YoY.
