Along my journey, I’ve had the privilege to lead recruitment processes in various industries, levels, companies and even countries. From executives to operational roles, my experience covers many areas, including tech, my favorite.I’m currently working in a Brazilian company that is in the process of expanding to the United States and in my last role, I had the incredible opportunity to act as a global tech recruiter in an American company, sharpening my focus on talent specialized in SRE, DevOps, cloud, data and infrastructure. This experience allowed me to go deeper into the technology industry and work internationally, getting to know other markets in different countries.But for me, talent acquisition goes beyond just finding the right skill set; it's about connecting with people and experiencing new cultures, as well as learning something new every day.
