Responsible for coordinating and executing quotation and operations processes of the regular line department, to ensure a correct negotiation process and to comply with the agreed terms between / with the clients and the line, all in order to comply with the commercial plan .MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Processing quotation requests between the line and the clients to guarantee the closing of businesses and fulfill the established goals.2. Managing and Executing contracts (Bookings and recaps) to achieve that agreed in the negotiation process is fulfilled during the operation.3. Sending to the represented line and to clients the relevant information regarding the good handling of the cargo to ensure that the planning of the operation in times and costs is carried out with accurate information.4. Executing the post fixing process to manage a correct operation and to satisfy the needs of the clients.5. Managing the billing process of the area to guarantee the payment and release of the customer's cargo.
