Lead through layers of remarkable volunteer leaders to execute systems of care for all next steps at the Flowery Branch campus of 12Stone Church. This includes new believers, baptisms, small groups, new visitors, volunteer care, volunteer recruitment, and all guest services teams (greeters, host, ushers, cafe, parking, hospitality, prayer, golf carts, and operations). Lead volunteers and leaders for both the Brew and Hospitality Teams. Executed a project that included leading 200+ volunteers for a night that served 350 single moms a plated meal and gave individual Christmas gifts to each of their children. Additionally played a crucial part in a large project that gifted a ham dinner to more than 5,000 people and included mobilizing 3,000+ volunteers.

Work alongside our local and global outreach staff to execute church-wide efforts toward serving the community and the globe. It was during this time that I also worked to help launch the organization Street Grace a faith-based non-profit committed to ending Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) in the metro-Atlanta area and across the United States.
