Na consultoria DS3, colaboro com o Grupo Nós, junção criada entre Raízem e Femsa e que trabalha em parceria com as marcas Oxxo e Shell SelectMinhas principais responsabilidades são:-Facilitar cerimônias do Scrum e / ou Kanban (diário, revisão, retrospectivas, planejamento, reabastecimento e refinamentos);-Alinhamento com o PO sobre todas as demandas a serem executadas;-Acompanhar os times com olhar de melhoria de processos do dia a dia, além na comunicação com outros times do grupo;-Análise motivacional da equipe, resolução de conflitos, informações de feedbacks;-Atuação na remoção de impedimentos;-Levantamento e acompanhamento de métricas de desempenho do tempo;-Garantir o melhor ambiente possível para as pessoas no projeto;-Garantir que todas as necessidades de tecnologia selecionadas mapeadas e que sejam providenciadas a tempo;-Facilitar cerimônias do planejamento construção de OKRs, revisão de estratégia, entre outros.

Performance:-Agile Master (Planning demands with teams, monitoring through dailys and tools, planning, review and retrospective);-Specification of requirements (Design Thinking and Lean);-Strategy of demands, according to the company's strategy;-Support to the product area in creating new demands with lean thinking and to the development teams to develop sustainable codes;-Creation of explicit policies (work agreement), with the development teams (WIP, DOR, DOD, Value stream);-Testing of new APIs via postman and swagger (internal and from suppliers);-Management of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) platform with the help of a management partner: creation of Virtual Machines, connection tests (telnet, ping), VPN, Interconnect (VPC), cost management, implementation of monitoring and security standards when cloud environment;-Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of infrastructure for the credit card project (Dedicated interconnection, VPN, Firewall rules, VM, FTP);-Implementation of functionalities for digital account in accordance with BACEN rules.Project management:- Digital Account-Issuance of Card-Payment Gateway- Acquisition-Other financial services.
