Hello! I started working for Stepping Stone Clinic in February 2023. I am the Clinic Manager, & work the front desk as well. My team and I do whatever we can to accommodate our patients & give them the most positive experience possible. My work history correlates very well with my current position, & is what has brought me to where I am today. I'm extremely grateful for this opportunity, & am looking forward to many years at Stepping Stone.Previously, I was the Administrative Assistant for the Behavioral Health Services Department of Children's MN, Minneapolis Campus. I had been working in this position since July 2006; but since February 2000 for Children's MN. My personal mission, was to make the clinicians in my office successful, and to make their lives as stress free as I can (to a certain point of course). As the 1st point of contact for families, I wanted their time here to be as positive as possible, so if I can be that smile for them when they checked in, and when they left, I knew that I had accomplished much. :o)I checked in patient's coming in for their appointments, and activated their accounts in our computer system. I also copied, faxed, filed, organized, and ordered supplies (office & testing protocols). I also tended to troubleshoot certain computer issues, before needing to call IT. If I can't fix it or figure it out... then I'd give IT a call. I did whatever else I could to help the clinicians and my other coworkers, in whatever capacity they may have needed.
