• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to deepen engagement, and generate new leads.• Lead a team of marketing, creative, and events professionals; tracked department budget and expenditures.• Lead and direct branding and design projects and oversee creative operations • Direct the organization’s internal communications strategy: branding guidelines and adherence, standardized messaging for the Board of Directors, brand videos, employee social media strategies• Oversee content creation and marketing strategy for the monthly e-newsletter, website, social media, blog, and print collateral (Annual Report, marketing materials for resource development and major gifts, etc.)• Create and distribute comprehensive monthly reports, tracking leads, donor status, audience engagement, email/content/web performance.
