Project Manager within FNB Digital Banking. As a Project Manager I play the role of integrating the PDLC teams with their associated activities together. I assist each team member in resolving issues and concerns that arise.I am also responsible in ensuring the full project team and stakeholders (internal and external) are kept fully informed of project progress. This includes % complete, issues, risks and costs.I provide consolidated reporting across all of our segments and development teams.• Project Planning and Monitoring; • Risk and Issue Management; Resource conflict resolution, Scope change management;• Change Control; Project Administration; and Document Management; • Manage stakeholder expectations;• Overall strategic management of the project; •Driver for getting projects delivered on time and within budget, to the extent that the key project work streams being technology delivery and solution delivery attain these objectives;•Produce project plans, manage, drive and facilitate the delivery through various work streams of the project through the work stream leaders; • Identify, quantify, communicate, co-ordinate activities, dependencies and project risks across work streams;• Maintain a holistic view to the project and address peripheral & critical success factors; • Software Project Management experience• Conduct scope and planning sessions • Liaise with external stakeholders (in/out of FNB) and manage their project deliverables.• Define and manage action, risk logs and status reports• Manage frequent change• Facilitate Scope Sessions and Progress Meetings to obtain relevant project information• Facilitate Meetings to ensure the desired outcome is reached• Manage multi channel projects (Online Banking, Online Banking Enterprise and APP)
