- Responsible to optimize current processes and tools in close cooperation with IT and other department stakeholders, for all system development / Projects and ensuring that processes are streamlined , standardized and communicated to team members before go live- Investigate on issues/bug and process improvements, raise improvement tickets , cooperate with IT to find solutions- Ensuring the preparation of work instructions and process documentation- Collect, evaluate and prioritize with IT team cash collection team needs- In charge ti help integration of new acquisition and new products in the standard Criteo cash collection process-Ensure that all team members are at the same level of information leading workshops and communications on technical topics and new process instructions

- Cash collection French/Italian market / Europe Backup- Initiate the collection process for uncontested overdue invoices- Blacklisting- Agree with customers on payment plans when needed- Communicate customer account status regular to the sales force- Weekly aging review of top 25 customers on 90day +- Actively use all Credit & Collection tools (SAP, CGID, VEGAS) , account statements- Customer visits/meetings with management and Sales- Consolidate documentation for those customers to be processed via Legal- Reporting of the overdue customers- Ensure weekly call out of top issues with solution proposal- Provide feedback on customers credit status and potential bad debt risk- Monitor actual collections, customer DSO and aging- Together with project partners helps to develop a new tool for the Collection team
