Wellbeing is an integral part of my life and has been since a very young age. I had the privilege of being raised by a forward thinking and progressive mother who instilled all my values and beliefs around health and wellbeing. However, I have at times struggled to maintain it when balancing my own corporate career and family.During my career in PR and Media, I have experienced the ups and downs of being a business owner and falling victim to a near death burnout in leadership roles whilst bringing up two boys. I understand the pressures that come from juggling work and home whilst still trying to perform at your peak and be your best.I have been fortunate to work with some of Australia's best places to work in my role at Select Wellness including Atlassian, Canva, Microsoft, Woolworths, Optus, Sydney Metro, Westpac, Downer, Wesfarmers, Interactive, Unilever & Stanford Brown. I founded The Wellness Coach 11 years ago as one of the original coaches in this space in Australia. I wanted to help other people prevent burnout, achieve better balance and live healthier happier lives through sustained behaviour changes. I’m passionate about preventative and personalised health, biohacking, and longevity.
