Translation (EN-DA/DA-EN) and review of summaries of product characteristics, patient leaflets, RMP/aRMMs, educational material, prescriber’s checklists and patient cards, booklets, QRDs, regulatory authority correspondence and packaging material in connection with the registration of new products, renewals and post-approval variations. Completion of translations of a high quality meeting strict and very tight deadlines in a timely manner. Strict adherence to regulatory documents, guidelines and templates (e.g. QRD templates and stylistic guidelines for product information from EMA (CP, MRP/DCP and appendices) and standard terminology (e.g. MedDRA). Responsible for ensuring compliance with the EU translation QC process and for ensuring compliant, high quality and timely translations through continued follow-up of translation KPIs never compromising with quality and patient safety.

At AAC Global Denmark (formerly Interverbum AB) most of my translation work (EN-DA/DA-EN, DE-DA and SV-DA) primarily consisted in medical and technical translation, including translation of clinical trial protocols, amendments, patient information sheets and informed consent forms, summaries of product characteristics, patient information leaflets, package inserts, SAE/AE reporting, user manuals, operations manuals, instructions for use, labeling, regulatory authority correspondence etc. I am familiar with all required EMA templates regarding the above mentioned documentation.

Translation (EN-DA/DA-EN), proofreading, editing, graphically formatting and quality assurance of user manuals, package inserts, labels, marketing material as well as customer letters and product corrections for Customer Service. Administration of receipt, archiving, translation, outsourcing and release of files for print.Project management of outsourced user manuals and proofreading of the translations from external vendors/translators. Update and maintenance of various databases, a document management system for labelling and a filing system for standards and directives. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a terminology database for product and industry-specific terms.

Translation of installation instructions, directions for use, product descriptions and VELUX Information Newsletters (DA-EN/DA-DE). Proofreading and project management of instructions in several languages and preparation of the Danish text for the above-mentioned documents.
