Reporting to the reference partner, my activities involved:- Advisory and assistance at both domestic and international level with reference to direct and indirect taxation - Tax planning both on corporate and individual basis (estate transfers, trusts); - Tax issues connected to financial markets (domestic and international financings, financial products, securitizations, private equity structures); - transfer pricing;- structure of personnel remuneration (stock option plans, drawing up of tax clauses within employment agreements).
