ROOF Management A/S is a real estate asset management company with license as alternative investment fund manager (AIFM). From July 2020 until September 2022, I was co-founder and shareholder in ROOF Management. Results:• License as AIFM along with marketing license to market investment products to retail investors (DKK 10,000).• Purchase, marketing, fund raising and management of real estate investments.• Asset management of large student housing projects in Copenhagen along with other residential newbuild.• Built the organization, incl. sale and marketing.• Recruited tech-development team and built a digital investment platform incl. investor portal.• Developed brand and concept of ROOF Management/ROOF Invest and Ownrs (targeted retail investors) via strategy work and advertising agency competition.• Administered a listed company and project managed a capital raise incl. prospectus process.

Gefion Group is a Copenhagen based real estate development company focusing on residential development in the Copenhagen area. Converting old Copenhagen commercial properties into residential and developing large greenfield projects such as Amager Strandvej, Rødovre Port in JV with Goldman Sachs and conversion of the old SAS datacenter on Engvej, Gefion Group has marked itself as a significant real estate developer in Denmark. I contributed all-round to building the business and organization incl. the legal department comprising 2 attorneys-at-law and a legal secretary.I was responsible for all legal aspects of the business and worked closely with the CEO on all commercial processes. The legal team was responsible for sales and purchases and supporting the development and construction in the property projects. As the company was in constant development, I handled a wide range of tasks within development, construction, financing, investor relations, regulatory aspects, corporate matters and HR etc.

SG Nordic is a real estate investment company owned by foreign investors. The company focuses on purchase and development of mid-size retail shopping centers and stand-alone supermarkets. I worked as in-house counsel, primarily focused on transactions, construction law and lease contracts and general corporate matters.

At Accura Law Firm I worked with a long range of real estate related cases, but primarily focused on large transactions within commercial and residential real estate and development projects. I worked with transactions such as the UN City Copenhagen, Marmormolen, the Magasin properties and Axel Tower. In addition, a long range of other cases regarding project development, lease contracts, construction and corporate law with large investors such as pension and private equity funds.
