Camilla Eubanks holds a 22 year professional career with nonprofit organizations focused on improving the human condition. Camilla's experience includes developing operational and organizational strategies and change management structures which result in high productive in-person, remote work cultures, equitable practices, and staff retention. Currently, Camilla provides organizational development and learning management support to the Digital Transformation initiative at RTI International. Previously, Camilla worked for over 8 years at Provide, a national organization focused on reproductive healthcare access in the Southeastern and Midwest regions of the US. For 12 years Ms. Eubanks supported national and statewide efforts to end violence against women promoting network growth, public engagement, education, and offering technical assistance to domestic and sexual violence survivors and advocates.Ms. Eubanks was the former Chair of the NC Community Shares Board of Trustees and participated with the Association of Fundraising Professionals Board of Directors. In West Virginia she was appointed to the West Virginia Board of Directors Association of Rural Health. She currently participates as a mentor with Everwise where she coaches professional millennials on obtaining their career goals. Ms. Eubanks has built national recognition and presented at the National Conference on Health and Domestic Violence, the National Sexual Assault Conference, the Southern Regional Harm Reduction Conference and the MidSouth HIV Conference. In 2018, Ms. Eubanks completed her Masters of Public Administration concentrating in Healthcare at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she received high honors.
