As part of the COWI Management team, I carried out evaluations and analysis primarily within the field of public policy aimed towards promoting and strenghtening enterprises and business in Denmark. My work has primarily been focused on initiatives within the field of sustainable energy, tourism, rural areas and clusters.By evaluting numerous projects aimed at strenghtening regional development, I have gained an insight into what makes a project succeed or fail, as well as warning signs of projects that are floundering.When carrying out analysis, the larger part of my work in COWI was focused on qualitative methods. I developed questionaires and carried out surveys and interviews in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Belgium and Germany.

At FORA I carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis within the field of regional development, entrepreneurship and business development, with the aim of informing and shaping public policy on these topics.

Worked as part of a team in charge of a group-wide data improvement project. Specifically worked with ensuring data quality and consistency during the reimplementation phase, and developed business structures for various business units, to improve the group’s cash forecasting system.

Worked on analysing the public’s attitude towards controlled power outages through extensive quantitative analysis of stated preference survey results. Reviewed literature on sustainable energy, power outage preferences and stated preference surveys

Had sole responsibility for the continuation and completion of a data improvement project for the Head of Treasury, with project close in September 2009. Work included: implementing business structure, handling automatisation of month end reporting processes and handling daily liquidity

Began work on data improvement project in Treasury. Created business structure for Svitzer and its regional departments and handled daily communication between regional departments and Treasury
