Camilla Kring holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a PhD in work-life balance from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). As the founder of Super Navigators, she has spent the last two decades empowering individuals to navigate their lives while helping organisations create flexible, inclusive work cultures that accommodate different chronotypes and family structures.Her work spans Europe, China, Latin America and the Middle East, working with global companies such as Abbott, Medtronic, Roche and Novo Nordisk. Camilla's insights have been featured in the New York Times, the BBC and the Guardian. She is the author of six books and a TEDx speaker.Camilla combines research in work-life balance and circadian rhythms. She specializes in work and life design for morning people and evening people. Her new book “Chronoleadership” will be published March 2025. In 2006, she founded the B-Society, whose mission is to increase the quality of life and productivity of B-persons (late risers) by creating later start times in schools and workplaces. We need to break away from the 9 to 5 society and its lack of respect for B-persons. Quality of life, health, infrastructure and productivity would all improve if we allowed people to work hours that match their circadian rhythms. The B-Society has members in 50 countries.
