I worked together with IT architects and business portfolio managers in areas like Project Management, Physical Built and Aftermarket Information. Together, we identified business needs, built target IT architectures per portfolio and aligned them with the target architecture on Volvo Group level. Furthermore, I supported strategic projects and participated in global architecture forum.

In this position, I managed global Process and IT projects and business analyses within the area of Product Data Management (PDM). I lead cross functional teams where we together defined the problem, identified and worked on requirements breakdown and developed solution alternatives among many other tasks. I was responsible for budget, work and resource planning, leading workshops and communicating with all project stakeholders. During some of these years, I was also chairman for a global forum of PDM specialists and participated in PDM Academy, a one year program together with other PDM experts.

In this position, I developed common Product Data Management (product structure) strategies, processes and instructions for the Volvo Group truck brands. It gave me deep experience in Product Data Management and a global network within the Volvo Group.
