I lead projects called "Cross Segment," which means projects that impact more than one product line or business unit;I act as the project leader for the development of new technologies, expansion of asset capabilities (CAPEX), and new technology platforms.I lead the training and development program for new analysts within the department.

Managing the result of the product line and define actions necessary to achieve the goal and the agreed business plan.Defining the pricing policy and profitability goals to ensure the growth of the product line.Creating pricing intelligence to support the sales area.Contributing to create a well elaborated strategy so that the purchases of raw materials are in line with business needs.Managing the desired market share by setting goals and assisting in commercial strategies.Managing the product portfolio according to the strategy, also looking for new opportunities, technologies and strategic partnerships.

Providing support for the routine activities of the Marketing area, mainly contributing to the creation and maintenance of the BI and KPI's bases that supported market and pricing decisions and analyses.

Support in structuring and monitoring of the KPI's to ensure compliance with established goals, involving production volume, profitability, man hours, setup.Responsible for implementing the 5S program at Itapecerica plant.Support to the structuring and organization of events between the commercial and manufacturing areas.Contributes to the improvement of procedures to minimize occurrences that represented deviations in the operation.

Responsible for organizing all necessary documentation required by ABIA from raw material suppliers.Participate on discussions to get new suppliers prospects, as well as to control the flow in the industrial trial.Monitoring the periodic visits of our suppliers, whether in internal or external office meetings.Responsible for carrying out and reporting all shelf life and sensory testing of products.Creation of commercial specifications for raw materials in three languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish).
