Study Resulted in stopping unnecessary railway activity- Executed the first step of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism by mapping the supply-chain paths upstream to Revlon, identifying over 200 different paths for a total of 100 shippers located across the world- Created and managed a database containing information on containers arriving at Revlon’s gate, documenting their utilization, means of transportation and lead time- Evaluated the transportation time and costs of supplies from Mexico, South Africa, Europe, and South-East Asia to identify the weaknesses in the supply-chain, shortening the lead time- Created and maintained International Imports Monthly Reports in easy-to-read formats to allow the transportation team to evaluate the improvements and weaknesses in each process
