Project’s description:IECD’s project “TremplinMad” is funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) (Government’s funding).It aims to back and help 5 Professional Training Centers (schools) specialized in Hospitality and Catering (H&C) localized in 4 cities of Madagascar, through 2 components:- Local teams’ competency reinforcement- Refurbishment/construction of a hotel-restaurant for practical application in each schoolGoals’ project:- Improve marketability of underprivileged youth within the Hospitality and Catering (H&C) trade- Reinforce technical education players within the H&C field- Answer to the needs of the labor market to find qualified employeesMy tasks:- Support the operational implementation of the project and manage the partnership relationship on a daily basis (2 local partners)- Administration & Financial Management- Support partners in the HR management of the project- Monitor and report on project activities- Participate in the representation of the project

Grandir Dignation is a French non-profit association engaged in the field with minors in contact with the justice system since 2009, promoting an improvement in juvenile justice, the humanization of detention conditions and the establishment of restorative justice.TASKS:- Guarantee the implementation of the activities of Grandir Dignement in Madagascar (Analamanga, DIANA, SAVA and Boeny areas): ensuring the operational, financial monitoring and follow-up of results indicators for all activities in Madagascar ; the compliance with the contractual commitments with the partners (logical framework, timetable, schedule etc.), and evaluating the needs and dysfunctions of the activities (if applicable, defining a relevant reorientation), through the respect of the Association values.- Ensure supervision of the entire team at the national level (about 40 people, from providers, volunteers, local employees to expatriates): beyond the supervision, assess the needs and difficulties of the teams and develop appropriate and consistent training in order to improve the conditions of work, and if needed, establish fair sanctions acoording to Malagasy labor law.- Ensure the implementation of a reliable communication strategy and the establishment oflasting relationships with partners: Oversee the development of a network of sustainable partners ; build a coherent communication strategy to increase the visibility of the Association; ensure the completion of various reports and develop relationships with current and new partners (UNICEF, AFD, Mary's Meals, French Ambassy, etc) and maintain a constructive and positive relationship with the public authorities of the Republic of Madagascar (close collaboration with the Ministry of Justice).- Supervise the management of administrative and accounting tasks- Oversee the logistics of the program at the national level- Ensure relations with the Headquarters of Grandir Dignement (France)

In Nepal, Planète Enfants & Développement is proceeded along two main lines: ECD (Early Childhood Development) & GBV (Gender Based Violence).Planète Enfants & Développement organises prevention and rehabilitation projects for women and children who are vulnerable to violence in disadvantaged areas ; children at risk in urban areas ; likely candidates for migration and the victims of trafficking, exploitation and violence.The projects are designed to strengthen the capability of families to improve their own living conditions through regular home follow up and through support to social services suited to the problems identified by social workers (Family support approach). Our projects are also designed to reduce all forms of VAW. Activities are designed to enhance the role of women in society, through male engagement in behavioural change, making adolescents aware of gender issues and improving safeguards.
