Handled operational needs, including setup and daily maintenance, on premium hospitality areas.

Planned numerous NCAA Division I college basketball events, working closely with venues, hotels, ground transportation, event staff and television networks. Supported game operations staff and served as a team liaison, media assistant, and support for sponsor activation. Assisted with planning two Korn Ferry Tour professional golf events in The Bahamas as well as a series of premium golf pro-ams, which are exclusive golf events in destination locations. Served as a team member at the 2019 Nike Golf Invitational at Firestone, engaging executives from Nike Golf, as well as our various participants and celebrities on all deliverables, while also contributing to event setup for registration, merchandising, hospitality services, gifting and the overall event plan.

Part of the merchandising, apparel, and textiles team in producing the sold-out Color Me Kentucky Fashion Show from start to finish at the University of Kentucky. Engaged with prominent members in the community to fundraise and sell the show's amenities. Assisted in marketing efforts while developing engaging content for the social media platforms. Collaborated with local boutiques and vendors to style runway models and provide a high-class experience for the sold out show.

Created marketing support materials for a $22 million capital campaign to renovate existing athletics facilities while building a new indoor facility for Olympic sports. Created a new fundraiser for the Kentucky men’s and women’s varsity tennis programs that included creating and selling a pro-am tournament, securing auction items, and coordinating hospitality for more than 70+ professionals and amateurs.
