Current masters degree candidate for Purdue University's Environmental and Ecological Engineering program. Worked as a histologist technician during the pandemic and gained insight to the medical industry. I then provided environmental monitoring of pharmaceutical clean rooms at Infinity Laboratories and moved to the microbiology team towards the end of my time there. I also worked for the Sustainability Programs Office during undergrad at UC San Diego helping run the Green Labs certification program. My experience has helped me understand how to manage and communicate with diverse groups, benchmark and implement best sustainable practices, and foster a culture of inclusion and free-thinking individuals.Acquired a Fitwel Ambassador certification to understand the importance of human health in building design. Also obtained my LEED Green Associate certification to better understand how green buildings and communities are built.
