I co-own The KC Collective, a collection of private practice clinicians, in Raleigh. In my work professionally and what I chooses to practice personally, I am passionate about mindfulness, self care, intuitively listening to the wisdom of our bodies/self, Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, social justice, and the value of connection and vulnerability. I works with adults primarily around helping folks untangle limiting beliefs, undo unhelpful patterns, and heal from hurtful experiences to help build a healthier narrative that makes room for healing, connection and personal freedom. (I am not taking any new clients.) I also hosts a podcast, Enneagram for the Culture, in which myself and another therapist discuss how the enneagram (a popular personality typing system), mental health, and Blackness intersect.
